Did you know? A normal person can only bear up to 45 Del of pain. But at the time of giving birth, our mothers feel up to 57 Del of pain. This is similar to 20 bones fractured at the same time! Just imagine how painful and difficult that is!
But, that doesn’t end there. Our mothers never fail to take good care of us, support us, love us, and appreciate every single thing that we are doing. They bring out the best in us. They are the ones who taught us how to walk, eat, and speak. They’re our savior, our teacher, our best friend, our adviser — our everything. In retrospect, I remember my mom telling me, “Time flies really fast, you were just a shy kid who prefers staying at home before. Look what you’ve become now. You’re a full-grown teenager! But anyhow, you’ll still be my baby.” From then on, I realized how lucky I am to have a mother like her. ♥
Paying back the love that they’re giving is the easiest thing we can do. Remember the Fifth Commandment of God? “Honor your father and mother.” They know what’s best for us. With them by our side, we will never get lost.
I admit, I may not be a goody-two-shoes daughter, but one thing is for sure, I really really really love my mom. I love my parents — so much.
